1. Do I need to pay for the entire storage period in advance?
No. You only need to pay for the first month when you move in. Our system will securely retain your payment details and bill you monthly until you choose to stop.

2. How much notice is required to start or end storage?
- Commencement: As little as 1 day’s notice.
 - Ending storage Parking: Please provide at least 1 month’s notice to cancel your parking space.
 - Ending Storage Container: Please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice to cancel your storage container.
 
3. Can I pick up my motorhome for a few days during the storage period? Is there a place to leave my car?
Yes. If you are not ending your storage, you can park your car in the same space your camper occupies.

Not necessarily. We usually have availability for last-minute bookings. Minimum rental term is 1 month, with 2 week’s notice to end. All bookings can be made via our website.

No. Our containers are all new units and come with air circulation vents as standard.

We currently only have 20ft units, priced at £300 per calendar month.

All initial rentals (parking or containers) must start on a weekday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM so keys can be handed over and gate locks accessed.

No. Vehicles can be collected outside operating hours only if the depot is notified in advance, and the vehicle is left outside the gate.
